Leadership is hard. Sometimes it feels like we're just making it up as we go along.
If you find yourself needing extra support, I invite you to take part in one of my learning journey experiences. These are all designed to help support you in developing people-centered leadership and an honest culture.
Each one is tailored to support a different leadership need and is all accessed remotely. You'll gain access to templates and 'how other people do things'. And it's all completely free.

Me Time for Leaders
Also known as 50 Hours that will transform your leadership effectiveness, this journey will help you launch your practice of Me Time - taking 1 hour every week to rebuild your confidence, recharge, and get refocused for the week ahead.
How well do you really know your people? Are you actually operating as a team, or are you just a group of people? In this journey, I will give you tools and techniques to create a healthy, cohesive team – who actually like working together.
The cost of onboarding and having someone leave is $7-10K., and it's 5-10 times that amount if the person is leading others. In this journey, I give you tools to do the critical things that will make sure this new person turns out to be a great hire.
