Owner and Founder

I started the trU Group to help organizations and leaders in transition realize growth and excellence.

My expertise lies in creating strategy, developing leaders, and then building and equipping both leaders and leadership teams to effectively manage growth. I partner with small- and medium-sized businesses that desire healthy growth and are challenged with having the time for development.

I believe that in transitions there are tremendous opportunities for growth, and tremendous risks for both individuals and organizations; I help organizations and leaders seize those opportunities while avoiding some of the risks becoming reality.

I bring a balance of academic knowledge, experience of working with hundreds of leaders, and the personal experience of leading through key business transition situations, with a passion for people-centered leadership.

Four things that stand out about me:

  1. I am an experienced implementer of EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System®), which has helped thousands of companies and leaders achieve healthy growth. This tool helps me create a leadership development class within your business – so you develop as a leader while you grow your business.
  2. I have served as an executive at several medium-sized companies and understand how strategy, teamwork, and strong leadership all play a role in the success of an organization. I have been in your shoes and have personally experienced the challenges you face.
  3. I have coached, trained, and mentored hundreds of leaders at dozens of organizations of varied sizes and industries. I bring solutions and learning based on a deep understanding of some universal truths of leadership, while still adapting the plan to fit your specific need.
  4. My values are: Serve first, Get it done, Kindness Matters, and Learning + Doing = Growth. I don’t ask my clients to adopt these, but I do my best work when these are valued in a partner.
