EOS® Journey

Going Faster and Farther—the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) Journey

If you want to go FAST, go ALONE. If you want to go FAR, go TOGETHER.

If your business needs to go FASTER and FARTHER TOGETHER, then you are in the right place.

Scott Patchin, CEO, The trU Group

I am Scott Patchin, and I have a passion for growth—in organizations and in people.
I have extensive experience in both leading high growth companies and consulting with leaders of high growth companies to achieve true teamwork and follow-through for completing major projects.

As an accomplished facilitator, I help make your business a classroom so you can work on growing your capacity to lead as you work in your business. I use the proven process and tools of the EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System), which has helped thousands of companies around the world achieve healthy growth.

I believe great conversations start with a question. Two questions that I ask to start the conversation:

1.  How does your business run when you are not there?

2.  How confident are you that you have the right people in the right seats to achieve the growth goals you have set?

If you are struggling to answer these questions, or you have answered them and you are not satisfied with the answer, here is a proven process for moving ahead:

Step 1: Answer the question: What needs to change about my business?

Option 1: Contact me for a free one-hour conversation to explore this question. I have considerable experience in growth and a well-developed network of resources, and am willing to share both once we decide what you need.

Option 2: Think about what has to change. I find there are two books that help entrepreneurial leaders do this:

•  The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What to Do About It by Michael Gerber

•  Get a Grip: How to Get Everything You Want from Your Entrepreneurial Business by Gino Wickman

Reading these books will raise some questions for you. When you get there, go back to Option 1 and contact me.

Step 2: If step 1 resulted in a decision that you need to lead differently, and you want to make a plan for your journey AND find the right people to travel with you.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) is a proven process for building an effective strategy and giving a leadership team the traction to complete it. To explore this as an option, the first step is a 90-Minute Meeting where you can learn more about me, I can learn more about you, and we can walk through the EOS® process in detail.

I have done many strategic plans in my career, and the EOS® process is the best I have experienced because it helped our leadership team develop the Traction to effectively execute on our plans. As a facilitator, Scott’s leadership of our planning session was off the charts effective. A unique benefit of working with Scott is that he teaches while he facilitates, and I actually learned to be a more effective leader/facilitate more by watching him work.
