Leadership is about creating and managing the GAPS. A strategic plan creates and defines the GAP. The Entrepreneurial Operating System, at it’s core, is a tool to define and manage the GAP for organizations. The final piece of leadership development is owning the GAP. Accountability starts with defining the GAP, but at the core of it is ownership of the work that has to happen to close the GAP.
