Talent management is about great conversations, and by definition a conversation involves at least two people. The first step in any talent management effort is to help each individual understand their natural talents and where they are at their best. The second step is to recognize that being our best and having a great impact on the world around us is a journey, not an event. Journeys require a compass.
After over a decade of helping individuals and leaders make successful shifts, I have established a compass/model to help people capture key feedback from assessments, self-observation, and feedback from others. I call this model trUYou™, and it is a cornerstone of all my development work.
